Qualified Solar Installer

Helping Communities Save More, Do More, and Power a Brighter Future

At RESINC Solar & Batteries, we’re not just about installing solar—we’re about making a difference. That’s why we created the RESINC Community Partnership Program, designed to help Australian community organisations access solar infrastructure with minimal to no upfront costs.

This initiative supports local groups in reducing energy bills, cutting carbon emissions, and reinvesting valuable savings back into vital community programs.

Whether you’re running a surf club, sports team, neighbourhood centre, or volunteer-led facility, our goal is to make solar accessible, affordable, and impactful—because your work powers Australia, and we want to power yours.

What Is the Community Partnership Program?

The Community Partnership Program is a community-focused initiative that helps eligible organisations access solar and battery systems through in-kind contributions. In many cases, this means organisations can install a complete solar system without spending a cent of their own funds.

PROGRAM PURPOSE
To support community organisations in installing high-quality solar systems at little to no cost, reducing both operating expenses and environmental impact.

Instead of wasting funds raised each year on power bills, you can focus your energy and resources on doing what you do best – supporting the community.

Through its social enterprise efforts, RESINC Solar & Batteries created the Community Partnership Program as part of our commitment to giving back to the community. This initiative supports eligible organisations by providing in-kind contributions—covering up to 100% of the value required to install solar and battery systems—helping reduce costs while delivering long-term energy savings.

We work closely with each organisation to:

  • Design a solar system tailored to your energy usage and goals

  • Guide you through applying for grants—such as the Gambling Community Benefit Fund (GCBF)

  • Fundings with a RESINC in-kind donation

The result: a high-performance solar system at zero cost to your organisation.

Proven Impact Across Australia

Our social enterprise model has already helped over 20 Surf Life Saving Clubs install more than $1 million worth of solar systems, delivering over $250,000 in collective annual savings on power bills.

These clubs now reinvest their savings into:

  • Life-saving equipment

  • Community programs

  • Frontline services

Case Study: Palm Beach SLSC

  • System Value: $51,046

  • Community Funds Secured: $25,523

  • RESINC In-Kind Contribution: $25,523

  • Actual Club Cost: $0

  • Estimated Annual Savings: $15,364

This initiative is now expanding to support sports clubs, charities, rural services, and other vital community organisations.

OTHER CHARITIES WE WHOLEHEARTEDLY CONTINUE TO SUPPORT

At RESINC Solar & Batteries, we proudly collaborate with a network of international organisations.

Gindaja Treatment & Healing Indigenous Corporation

Gindaja Treatment & Healing Indigenous Corporation

Gindaja Treatment and Healing Indigenous Corporation, based in Yarrabah, Queensland, partnered with RESINC Solar & Batteries to reduce energy costs and promote environmental sustainability.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting Indigenous communities, RESINC Solar & Batteries proudly donated a 39.6kW solar power system—completely free of charge. The system has delivered substantial energy savings and a strong return on investment for the organisation, allowing more funding to go directly into treatment and healing services.

In addition to this installation, RESINC will soon be donating a second solar system to another Indigenous rehabilitation clinic in Yarrabah—again, at no cost—continuing our mission to empower communities through clean, reliable energy.

Endeavour Foundation

We are proud to support the Endeavour Foundation, helping empower people with disability through practical, sustainable solutions. Our partnership includes the installation of solar systems across Endeavour Foundation buildings — reducing operational costs, supporting their long-term environmental goals, and freeing up vital funds to go back into their charity programs.

We’re also proud sponsors of the Endeavour fundraising events and the Great Endeavour Rally, supplying portable solar and battery solutions that keep vehicles powered throughout the journey. These systems provide clean, off-grid energy in remote conditions — keeping teams connected, supported, and safe while raising funds for an incredible cause.

Vulnerable Veterans Solar Program

Vulnerable Veterans Solar Program

Powering those who’ve served — with respect, gratitude, and action

We proudly deliver the Solar for Veterans Program — an initiative providing solar systems to Australian veterans, their families, RSL sub-branches and veteran rehabilitation centres in need.

In partnership with ex-Defence Force personnel, RSL sub-branches, veteran organisations, and support services, we install high-quality solar systems completely free of charge — reducing energy bills and easing financial pressure on those who have served our country.

These systems help veterans and community centres lower ongoing costs, redirect funding to vital services, and benefit from long-term sustainability.

Beyond solar

We proudly sponsor This Story Australia — a powerful platform capturing and sharing the personal stories of Australian veterans through professionally produced, documentary-style interviews.

It’s our way of preserving and honouring the courage, service, and sacrifice of those who’ve worn the uniform.

Surf life saving clubs

We proudly continue to support Surf Life Saving Clubs across Australia, helping power their essential services through clean, cost-saving solar solutions.

To date, we’ve installed solar systems for 23 Surf Life Saving Clubs, delivering over $1 million worth of value and generating more than $250,000 in collective annual savings on electricity costs.

These savings are now reinvested into life-saving equipment, community education programs, and critical frontline services.

The Alight Project

Through these partnerships, we help upcycle decommissioned solar panels and deliver them to communities in need across Africa. This initiative not only diverts waste from landfill but also brings clean, reliable energy to regions that need it most—empowering families, supporting education, and improving quality of life through sustainable solutions.

We believe every solar panel has the potential to make a difference, long after its initial installation.

Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA)

Our dedicated team on the ground in Indonesia works closely with local groups to support the welfare of Bali’s street dogs.

From providing food and medical care to assisting with rescue and rehoming efforts, we’re proud to play a part in giving these animals a second chance at life.

Supporting animal welfare is just one more way RESINC Solar & Batteries contributes to a more compassionate and sustainable world.

Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA)
John Fawcett Foundation

John Fawcett Foundation

We’re proud to support the incredible work of the John Fawcett Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation focused on restoring eyesight to those in need across Indonesia.

Through this partnership, we help provide access to free eye surgery, medical treatment, and vision care—transforming lives and offering hope to individuals and families who otherwise couldn’t afford these critical services.

Restoring sight restores opportunity, and we’re honoured to contribute to such meaningful, life-changing work.
