Ideal for: Licensed sparkies with experience or interest in solar
Salary Range: $80,000–$120,000+ (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Assist installers on-site
Learn solar, battery, and electrical systems
Maintain safe work practices
Progress through structured training
Ideal for: New apprentices or 2nd/3rd years
Salary: Award rates + rapid growth path
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer queries
Provide proactive service and follow-ups
Coordinate installs, updates, and aftercare
Maintain clear and positive communication
Ideal for: Strong communicators who care about customers
Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000 + incentives
Responsibilities:
Speak with homeowners
Book appointments for solar consultants
Represent RESINC with confidence and integrity
Work in a supportive team environment
Ideal for: Motivated, confident communicators
Salary: Hourly base + bonuses ($70,000–$110,000 OTE)
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home or online solar consultations
Build tailored solar & battery solutions
Help customers reduce their energy costs
Maintain ethical, education-first sales practices
Ideal for: Experienced consultants or ambitious learners
Salary Range: $120,000–$200,000 OTE
