1. Momentum Session

Shortly after your system is installed, we sit down with you on Zoom at a time that works for you for a one-on-one session to help you make sense of everything. We walk you through your monitoring platform so you can check performance at any time.

We revisit your original energy goals and dig deeper into smart usage habits to maximise your return.
We assess your energy consumption patterns (day vs night use, exports, etc.) and help you compare electricity plans to make sure you’re on the best one.

You’ll get a copy of everything we go through so you can refer back to it at any time.

2. In-Person Post-Install Visit

A few months in, one of our team members pops by for a face-to-face check-in. We make sure:

Your system is performing as expected
You’ve settled into life powered by RESINC
You’re tracking toward the savings and energy independence we designed your system for

It’s about going above and beyond to make sure things are working for you – not just technically, but practically.

3. Ongoing Plan Reviews

Each year, you’ll have the option to reconnect with us to review your electricity retailer and rate plan. If your household usage has changed or there’s a better deal on the market, we’ll help point you in the right direction – no guesswork required.

4. Weekly Remote Monitoring

We don’t just install and hope for the best. Our monitoring team checks your system every single week to confirm:

It’s online and reporting data correctly
There are no faults or performance issues that could eat into your savings

If something seems off, we’re already on it before you’ve even noticed.

5. System Downtime Cover – 10-Day Guarantee

If your system develops a fault and it’s reported to us, we’ll have it sorted within 10 business days – or we’ll cover any lost solar savings during that time. That’s our System Downtime Cover, and it’s written into our agreement for your peace of mind.

6. Full Warranty Handling (Parts + Labour Included)

We only install products that meet our high standards. But in the rare event of a fault or warranty issue:

We manage the entire process for you
We cover 100% of the costs – parts and labour
You don’t have to chase manufacturers or deal with red tape
