On 20 August 2026, Endeavour Foundation drew the winning ticket belonging to T.T. from Wilston, and it won them the “House of the Yeeha!” celebrating Endeavour’s 75th anniversary.
This is a brand new pavilion-style home at Balmoral Ridge in the Maleny hinterland, sitting on a 4,000 square metre block, fully furnished and styled, with a pool, a woodfired hot tub, a pizza oven out the back and $10,000 in cashable gold on top.

What’s on the roof, and in the garage
The package we designed, donated, and installed for the Maleny home:
- 24kW solar system
- 50kWh battery storage
- 2 x 10kW inverters
- Three-phase EV charger
Numbers like that are unusual for a residential build. Most Australian homes land somewhere between 9-15kW of solar with a 10 to 30kWh battery. We sized this one for a large hinterland property: pool pumps, the hot tub, air conditioning across two separate wings, pressure pumps for a pair of 22,700 litre rainwater tanks, and an electric car parked in the garage.
Going that big changes what the power bill looks like. On our modelling, a household running this system the way it was designed can avoid somewhere north of $10,000 a year in electricity costs.
That’s the part we care about most. A house this size could cost a small fortune to run. This one shouldn’t.
Why we donate systems like this
RESINC is a social enterprise.
Endeavour Foundation is one of Australia’s largest employers of people with intellectual disability, and its lotteries fund a great deal of that work. Every ticket sold in Draw 468 went towards it. So the thinking on our side was fairly simple: make the prize better, more people buy a ticket, more money reaches Endeavour.
Our support has grown over several years now. We back the Great Endeavour Rally. We provided matched grant funding for the solar panels at Endeavour’s Kingaroy Kitchen. We donated the complete solar, battery and EV charger package for the Anniversary prize home at Maleny. And we’ve committed to supplying upgraded solar and battery systems for upcoming Endeavour Lotteries prize homes, so future winners get the same head start on their running costs.
