RESINC Solar & Batteries has been recognised once again for its commitment to outstanding customer care, winning the Customer Service Innovation Award at the 2026 Finder Innovation Awards.

RESINC was also named a finalist in the Most Innovative Team category, recognising the broader work being done across the business to continually improve the solar and battery experience for Australian customers.

## Recognition for RESINC’s Proactive Care Team

The Customer Service Innovation Award recognises the work of the RESINC Proactive Care Team and the approach we take to supporting customers well beyond installation day.

For RESINC, customer service isn’t simply about responding when something goes wrong. Our goal is to proactively support customers, help maximise the performance and savings from their solar and battery systems, and provide genuine peace of mind throughout the life of their investment.

That means having a team available to assist with monitoring, warranties, technical issues and ongoing system support – whether a customer was installed recently or many years ago.

A special mention also goes to Shannon B, who works tirelessly behind the scenes overseeing our Proactive Care Team and helping ensure our customers receive the level of ongoing support that this award recognises. His contribution, along with the dedication of the wider team, has been an important part of building the customer care experience we are so proud of.

## Independent Recognition from Finder

The Finder Awards are independently assessed and are not a pay-to-play awards program. Finder states that there is only one winner per category, providing genuine third-party recognition for the businesses selected.

Finder’s own consumer research also found that 79% of Australians are more likely to trust an award where the brand has not paid licensing fees, while 45% are more likely to trust a product endorsed by a Finder Award.

That makes this recognition particularly meaningful for the RESINC team.
