This award represents the highest honour in the Australian solar industry, as it is determined entirely by verified customer reviews – not judges, panels, or paid submissions. Beating thousands of solar installers across the country, RESINC ranked #1 nationwide thanks to its unmatched five-star average rating from nearly 2,000 customer reviews on the SolarQuotes platform. This extraordinary achievement highlights RESINC’s unwavering commitment to quality installations, ethical service, and long-term support. ### A True Reflection of Customer Trust The **SolarQuotes Customer Choice Award for 2025** is based on real customer feedback and overall satisfaction. It is awarded to the installer with the strongest track record of consistent five-star service, transparency, and ongoing customer care. SolarQuotes General Manager, Trevor Glen, said RESINC stood out due to its “amazing consistency with a process that is second to none”, praising the company for delivering excellence at scale while still maintaining a personal, customer-first approach. ### Service Beyond Installation When accepting the **SolarQuotes National Customer Choice Award for 2025**, RESINC founder Leigh Storr was asked what sets the business apart. His response encapsulated the company’s core philosophy: *“There is no secret other than turning up for your customers after the installation. We view solar as a lifelong partnership with each customer, continually re-engaging to maximise their results year after year. When you serve your customers with nothing to gain other than the satisfaction of doing the right thing – that’s how you build your future business.”* This commitment to ongoing service is echoed throughout RESINC’s reviews, where customers repeatedly praise the company’s proactive system monitoring, fast response times, and genuine care. One customer, Jillian, who installed a 13kW solar system, shared: *“We were blown away by the service. Whenever we have a question, they have the answer. They monitor our system for us – there was a fault we didn’t even know about and they contacted us before we even noticed. That level of care is rare these days.”* ### National Growth Without Compromise Headquartered in Wyong, RESINC Solar & Batteries services customers across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania and are currently expanding into the ACT and WA. Despite rapid growth, RESINC has continued to uphold the highest levels of customer satisfaction, demonstrating that scalability and quality can go hand-in-hand when service is the top priority. ### Why This Award Matters Winning the **SolarQuotes Customer Choice Award for 2025** demonstrates that RESINC is not just installing solar – it is setting the benchmark for how solar should be delivered in Australia. - **\#1 ranked solar installer in Australia - **4.99 average rating based on nearly 2,000 verified reviews on Solar Quote - **Awarded for long-term customer partnership, not short-term transactions** With the Federal Battery Rebate now driving record demand for solar battery systems, RESINC Solar & Batteries is continuing to lead the industry in both innovation and customer service.
