# Complaints

If you’re on this page, chances are you’ve had an experience with us that failed to hit the mark, and while we always aim to deliver five-star service, we are a team made up of humans, and we don’t always get it right.

We’re a values-led Australian business doing our best to help people save money, become more energy independent, and support the wider community through our Social Enterprise work. That mission is something we care deeply about, but if your interaction with our team has left you frustrated or disappointed, we want to know about it.

Sometimes that might be after going ahead with a system. Other times, it might be based on a conversation that didn’t sit right, whether that was on the phone, over email, or face-to-face with someone from our team in your area.

We believe in respectful, old-fashioned communication. We believe in explaining things clearly, answering questions honestly, and making ourselves available to speak in person – even if that’s not everyone’s preference. Our team is made up of real people doing their best, but we know intent doesn’t always equal impact. If your experience missed the mark, we want to understand why.
